Here, here!! I am enjoying learning and experimenting with new, rather, old ways of cooking learning. I don't mind it a bit if I spend half the day (or more) in my kitchen planning, preparing or cleaning. Especially with NPR on in the background! Knowing I am giving my family the best of my time and delicious, healthy food….Pure Pleasure!
